There are skill reset pills, and each resets one SP. Those can be brought from the shop for about 1k NX each, cash only; they also sell them in bundles of 10 for 9.9k. Alternatively, they are sold in the market in sets of two as a box, but these prices run up to 20m as they are rather inflated.
Or you can go for a skill reset potion, which resets ALL SP. However, this is event only. There is currently an event where you can get them from opening the rice cake drops, but not only the potion rare from them, but so are the rice cakes, so don't expect to get one from it.

Uhm...I wanna ask the same question, but mine is Elsword JP
I saw that there's 2 skill reset item at cash shop. One is normal (500 nx) and one is rare (1900 nx)
What's the different between them?
