No.

1) Most Filipinos have no sense of Internet discipline or even virtues whatsoever; most Filipino players are general assholes.
2) ElsPH existing would kill my chances of playing in ElsTW.
3) I don't want to start all over again.

A big NO for me.....

1)HK is being flooded by hackers since henrir was released(then next victim was TW and KR); how about in the Philippines?? Surely it's population will consist of 40% hackers(fcking call themselves pro); confirmed this when i have recruited a fellow pinoy player, once he joined the guild he said: "May alam kang hack dito??" Epic FAIL
2)Won't start again; wasted over P1X,XXX summed up in KR and HK respectively
3) LU and E-games literally fails for me; LU(failed last october 2010 due to management) and E-games(failed march 2009 due to management also)
4) 2012 is near :P

There were talks about a PH Server coming out soon (The people who said there will be said this March) but the people who said it doesn't have any solid proof and is just probably due to the hype ElNA is getting. But with just these rumors there are already people talking Trash and talking about how great they are in Elsword . lol

IP proxy. But you'll have to deal with intense lag due to being a whole ocean away and you will get in trouble when you get caught.

But hey, how is all that gonna stop you?

and only when they reach a certain number of years they realize that they were assholes and relys on hacks and crap

i used to be one until I saw a guy that was way worse than me and made me realize how stupid I was >.>

Uhhh... Im a Filipino and I agree A LOT OF US ARE TRASH TALKER... we always find always to say a Bad word even if it is not allowed
(like changing the spelling, the way it is typed etc...)
in fact I myself Prefer to play international servers than our own servers (darn hackers and stuff) and every MMO that goes here from always end up pretty destroyed.
the only Philippine server that I play is Dragonica and MU online (Dragonica: I rarely see trash talkers and hackers (actually I haven't seen one hacker)... Mu online: a lot of them uses AFK bots but bots there are almost legal... in fact you cannot Multitask on your computer when your using a bot in that game because your mouse is locked. and hacks... why hack? the game is pretty easy already...)

the rest is international servers so this game... yep! I agree It would Turn out like GC if it comes here at the Philippines (if it would get famous here)
